Who We Are

  • Growth Lab is a community and event series which blends themes such as technology, psychology, and biology to help people grow.

    We believe that bringing people together around a shared goal of learning and bettering themselves creates a strong breeding ground for connection.

  • No bullshit, science backed knowledge sharing. You will never be straight up pitched to at a Growth Lab event. Nor will you hear a talk from some simply pretending to be an expert, our speakers are - without exception - the real deal.

    We work with expert level speakers and academics to drive evidence-informed discussion and actionable takeaways for all who attend our events.

  • Having curated thousands of talks, performances and panels since 2010, our Founder and Host, Matt, decided to create something a bit different. We have always found in-depth research centred workshops incredibly interesting. The idea has always been that these fascinating minds should be in front of a much larger, broader audience than simply within a classroom or never making it off the pages of a research paper.

    Now taking place mostly in Barcelona but with eyes on European cities elsewhere, the Growth Lab goal is simply to bring top level education to the masses in the most accessible settings possible.
